Melbet Deposit Not Credited After My Successful UPI Transfer

I attempted to deposit ₹49,500 into my Melbet account on March 31, 2026, at around 4:48 PM using Amazon UPI. The money was successfully debited from both my UPI and my bank account, but it never appeared in my Melbet balance. The UPI transaction/UTR number for this payment is 609019497012, and the transaction was made for my Melbet account (ID: 1202198233), registered with the email address stopn***@gmail.com.
After noticing that the deposit was not credited, I contacted Melbet customer support multiple times. They requested and received screenshots, videos, my bank statement, and even additional recordings. Despite providing all these details, the issue remains unresolved. Instead of receiving proper assistance, I mostly received automated email replies and bot responses in chat. When I did manage to reach a representative, the service was rude and unhelpful.
Additionally, I received calls from unknown individuals claiming to be Melbet agents, asking for my personal identification and documents. This has raised serious concerns that my account and personal data may be at risk of misuse.
I request that this issue be urgently resolved by either crediting the full amount of ₹49,500 to my Melbet account or refunding it to my bank account. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the handling of my case, including the poor customer service and the suspicious calls requesting personal information.
Furthermore, I request that you review the security of my account, confirm whether my data has been compromised in any way, and take strict action against any staff or agents responsible for these practices.

I still have not received my deposited amount, and there has been no update from Melbet.

My bank and UPI provider have confirmed that the payment was successfully sent to Melbet’s UPI. However, Melbet has responded that the deposit was not successful. I am filing a cybercrime case and a complaint in consumer court against Melbet for this fraudulent activity. I still have not received my deposit of ₹49,500.

I lodged a complaint against Melbet and its team for not returning my money.

I have already contacted my bank and submitted a stamped statement to Melbet, but they keep giving automated replies. I have filed a case in consumer court and a dispute complaint under cybercrime against Melbet.
