To solve the lack of synchronization between a soundbar and a TV, follow these steps:

Check the connections: Make sure the HDMI (preferably HDMI ARC or eARC) or optical cables are properly connected. If you are using Bluetooth, make sure there is no interference and both devices are paired.

Set up the TV: In the TV's audio menu, select the soundbar as the default audio output. On some models, CEC or “Simplink” control must be enabled for HDMI ARC.

Update the firmware: Check if updates are available for both the TV and the soundbar on the official LG or TV manufacturer's website.

Check compatibility: Make sure that the TV and soundbar are compatible with the audio format you want to use (Dolby Atmos, DTS).

Contact support: If the problem persists, contact LG or MediaMarkt technical support. LG can assist you with advanced settings, and MediaMarkt will assist you if you require product changes or revisions.
