Having encountered this issue before, I assumed the brand might have resolved it, so I repurchased it. Unfortunately, the mechanism failed during the initial use. Unable to return the product due to the time elapsed since purchase, I stored it, but now I cannot use it. Avoid buying this product.

Maybelline customer service said they would not offer a refund or exchange because the product was not initially delivered defective. However, the problem arises later, not at the beginning. There are many complaints on Şikayetvar and numerous comments on other social media platforms about the concealer's elevator mechanism breaking. In short, you should not buy this concealer.
