I got the Maybelline New York eyeliner and concealer makeup set from Watsons. I didn't open it right away because I still had unopened mascara and concealer. I realized two days ago that the tip of my mascara had dried out when I tried to use it.
When I put it on the sides, everything is good, but when I try to put it on my eyes, it smears and clumps because the tip is dry. I'm really bummed out because I can't return it since the cosmetics have a strict return policy. I spent a lot of money on it, but instead of getting a good product, I ran into a problem. I could have bought multiple cheaper mascaras with this money, and they would have been way better in quality. Plus, I could have used them for a longer time, even if there was less product inside.
