MatchPub Subscription Won't Cancel After I Lost My Email
My MatchPub subscription has continued after I changed phones, even though I can no longer access the old email address associated with my account. Because I cannot access that email, I am unable to sign in to my account and therefore cannot cancel the subscription myself.
Since January 16, 2026, my Türk Telekom mobile bill has been charged regularly for a MatchPub subscription. So far, I have been billed approximately $9 + $9, resulting in a significant total amount, and the subscription is still active.
I contacted both MatchPub and Türk Telekom about this issue, but I was told that I needed to access the app to manage the subscription. Unfortunately, that is not possible because I no longer have access to my old email account. As a result, I cannot follow the solution they suggested, yet I continue to be charged on a recurring basis.
Considering that I no longer have access to my old email address, I request that my MatchPub subscription be canceled immediately. I also ask that any charges that were billed to me unfairly be reviewed and that I receive an appropriate refund or other resolution for the inconvenience I have experienced.
