MatchPub Won't Let Me Cancel My Membership
I would like to cancel my MatchPub membership. After changing my phone on January 16, I lost access to the account because I can no longer use my old phone or the email address associated with it. Since I cannot access the account, I am also unable to cancel the membership through the app.
In addition, I request that any automatic renewal associated with this membership be stopped immediately. The payment card originally used for the subscription is no longer active, and I do not want any future charges, attempted renewals, or outstanding balances related to this membership.
Please take my loss of account access following my phone change into consideration and cancel my MatchPub membership, along with any automatic renewals, as soon as possible.
