I started using the Matchpub app in 2025 and soon noticed serious issues despite paying high prices for packages. The in-app call system charges 120 coins per minute, which works fine—but when I try to make calls using the 80-coin option, the call suddenly disconnects on its own. This seems intentional, pushing users toward more expensive packages.
Additionally, messages and photos I send to other users stop delivering after a while, and I no longer receive incoming messages either. This disruption severely impacts communication, rendering the app nearly unusable unless you keep spending. It feels like technical problems are deliberately introduced to force more purchases.
Worse, male users aren’t allowed to become broadcasters, and even minor profile issues like nickname changes cannot be resolved. I reached out to technical support several times, but no one responded, and no solution was provided.
I demand technical fixes, messaging functionality restored, and fair broadcasting rights. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
