Masteredu AI Charged ₹599 After Free Trial Without Clear Consent

I installed the Masteredu AI and started a free trial. After that, I did not use or open the app again and I did not knowingly approve any paid subscription. First, a small amount of ₹1 was taken, and on 25 August 2026 at around 4:19 pm ₹599 was automatically deducted from my Fampay account for Masteredu AI. I did not intend to buy any paid plan or renew any subscription, and I was not clearly informed that money would be automatically taken. I request that the ₹599 taken from my Fampay account be fully refunded and that any active paid subscription linked to my account be cancelled so that no further automatic payments are taken without my clear consent. Since I urgently need this money, I kindly ask that the refund be processed within 1–2 days at the latest.
