OTT MasterAI ₹599 Unauthorized AutoPay Deduction and Refund Request
On 4 October, an amount of ₹600 (₹599 as per the digital receipt) was deducted from my Punjab & Sind Bank account through an AutoPay mandate for a service called “OTT MasterAI”. I did not intend to execute this AutoPay transaction and was not aware that such a mandate was active on my account. The payment went through as a successful transaction to MASTERAI, but I did not knowingly authorise this specific debit and did not receive any clear prior intimation or consent prompt at the time it was charged. I request that this AutoPay transaction of approximately ₹600 to OTT MasterAI be investigated, the mandate be cancelled if it is active, and the full amount be reversed and refunded to my account if possible. I also request clarification on how this AutoPay was set up and what steps will be taken to ensure such unintended debits do not occur again.
