I Want My Refund As Soon As Possible - Masteredu AI

Today, an amount of ₹599 was deducted from my SBI account through the PhonePe application as a payment to “Masteredu AI Story TV” without my knowledge or consent. I have never subscribed to any of their plans, never started a free trial and I was not even aware of the existence of this application or service before seeing this transaction. Despite this, the payment was processed successfully as an AutoPay, and only afterwards did I see that an automatic payment had been created in my name and then deleted. I did not authorize this transaction, I did not knowingly share my consent for any AutoPay, and I was not clearly informed that any charge would be made. Therefore, I consider this deduction completely unauthorized. I request that the full amount of ₹599 be refunded to my SBI account as soon as possible and that any subscription, AutoPay or automatic payment linked to my name, phone number, UPI ID or bank details for “Masteredu AI Story TV” be cancelled and permanently disabled so that no further deductions are made. In addition, I request a clear and detailed explanation of how my details were used to create this AutoPay and process this payment without my explicit consent, and what concrete steps will be taken by both PhonePe and Masteredu AI Story TV to prevent such unauthorized charges from happening again to me or to other users.
