• Submit your request through the official MasterClass Help Center using the refund/contact form
• Clearly include your account email, charge date, amount, and reason for requesting a refund in one message
• Reply directly to the original support email instead of opening multiple new tickets
• Be explicit and state clearly that you are requesting a refund, not general help
• If applicable, mention unused service, accidental renewal, or unauthorized charge to strengthen your case
• If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, submit a refund request through their Report a Problem system as well
