If you didn’t authorize a charge from MasterClass and want to dispute it and get a refund;
• Log in to your MasterClass account and review your billing history to confirm the charge details
• Check whether the charge came from an automatic renewal, forgotten account, or a different email you may have used
• Immediately change your MasterClass password and remove any saved payment methods
• Contact MasterClass support with the transaction date, amount, and clearly state that the charge was not authorized
• If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, submit a refund request via their Report a Problem system
• Notify your bank or card issuer and open a dispute/chargeback for an unauthorized transaction
• Keep screenshots of your billing page, bank statement, and support correspondence as evidence
If the problem persists;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report the unauthorized MasterClass charge and request a refund and permanent stop to billing
