Marks and Spencer Bra Lace Deteriorated After Only Six Weeks
I purchased a bra from the Marks & Spencer Bodrum Oasis store on August 1. Because the lace began to thin and show signs of deterioration within a short period of time, I took the bra to the Ataşehir Palladium store on September 22 to have it sent for inspection. My inspection request was registered under reference number UI000015936, but I was later informed by message that no defect had been found with the product.
I purchased two bras on the same day, and I also have other underwear at home, so I did not use this particular bra excessively. I washed it normally in the washing machine at 40°C. Despite this, the lace developed this level of thinning and deterioration within only about a month and a half, which I do not believe is something that should occur under normal use. I have never experienced a similar problem with my other bras that I use in the same way.
Because I believe the product may have a manufacturing defect due to how quickly it deteriorated, I do not agree with the inspection result. I request that Marks & Spencer accept the return of this bra or replace it with a new, defect-free product.
