Mario Bet Didn’t Add My ₺30,000 Deposit Despite Successful Transfer

On October 20, 2025, I created a new account on the Mario Bet platform under the username Kaan2507 and transferred ₺30,000 from my Yapı Kredi bank account to the recipient M** N** D******. Although my payment receipt shows that the transaction was successfully completed, the amount was never credited to my Mario Bet account.

I contacted live support multiple times and submitted my payment receipt as proof. However, I kept receiving the same response: “We are waiting for a reply from the finance department,” and no real solution was provided. This is the first time I’ve faced such an issue, and it has caused me significant inconvenience.

I request that the ₺30,000 I deposited be refunded to my account immediately. I expect an urgent resolution to this matter.

On October 20th, I deposited a total of 30,000 TL from my Yapı Kredi bank account via the 'Mario transfer investment' method on Mariobet. My username is Kaan2507. However, the money I deposited did not appear in my account. I have been in constant contact with the Mariobet live support team about this issue for a week. Every time, I am transferred to different people, they ask for a receipt image and I send it, they tell me to create an investment request and I do that as well. When they call from live support and I try to explain myself, they hang up on me, they keep changing and repeating the same questions, and they do not offer any solution. My problem has been ongoing for a week and no help has been provided in any way.

This was my first time making a transaction on this site and I encountered such a problem. I do not think it is reliable and I advise no one to make transactions on this site.

My expectation is that the 30,000 TL I deposited will be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.

On 20.10.2025, I registered a new account on the Mario Bet site with the username “Kaan2507” and transferred 30,000 TL from my Yapı Kredi account to the recipient named “m**** n** d******”. Although the transaction appears as successful on my receipt, this amount was not credited to my Mario Bet account.

I contacted live support multiple times to resolve my issue and also provided my receipt. However, each time I was stalled with the response “we are waiting for an answer from the finance department” and no solution was offered. This is the first time I am experiencing such a situation and I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.

I expect the 30,000 TL I deposited to be refunded to me and my issue to be resolved urgently. Additionally, I would like to warn others not to trust this site and to avoid similar grievances.
