Mango Sent Me Fake Shorts Twice
I ordered a pair of shorts from their website, and the ones that arrived were completely wrong. I know what the original product looks like, but what I received was like a cheap market knock-off – utterly low quality.
I immediately called customer service, explained the situation, and asked them to note that I was canceling the incorrect item and reordering. But to my shock, the same low-quality, incorrect product arrived again! How many times do I have to return and reorder before I get the actual item I paid for? This is beyond frustrating.
Mango, you need to rectify this immediately! Send me the correct, original quality shorts I ordered, or issue a full refund. Stop sending defective or incorrect items and wasting my time with endless returns.
