Regarding the purchase I made from Mango, I am unable to get in touch with anyone. There is no telephone number for customer service, and the online assistant is completely ineffective. You are less approachable than even the most unassuming of boutiques. Are you even considering the possibility of making things better? Both changing the address and canceling the order were not options. Your delivery time is ridiculously long, and I require a solution to this problem as soon as possible. Even getting to your store is impossible for me.
