Mango Sends Wrong Item and Fails to Refund Full Amount

On February 11, 2026, I purchased 4 items from Mango Turkey’s online store with order number ezlawh. However, instead of the sweatshirt included in my order, I received the wrong item. Instead of the sweatshirt I ordered, a sleeveless orange top was delivered.

Because of this, I returned all items by shipping them back on February 23. In the return form, I clearly stated that one of the items had been sent incorrectly, and I placed all the items I received into the package and returned them together.

During the return process, I received refunds for the other items; however, the refund for the sweatshirt, which costs approximately $58, has not been credited to my bank account. I contacted Mango customer service twice regarding this issue, and I was told that a case had been opened, but no timeframe was provided for how long the review would take. Additionally, I sent a detailed email explaining the situation to d*****@mango.com, but I have not received any response for a long time.

I would like to state that I have been inconvenienced due to the incorrectly delivered product. I request that the missing refund amount of $58 be issued to me as soon as possible and that I be provided with written information regarding the process.
