Mango Online Order Was Never Shipped After Weeks of Waiting
On 04/20/2026, I placed an order through the Mango online store for a suede leather shopper bag. According to the information provided during purchase, the order was supposed to be shipped within 2–4 business days. However, despite today being 05/08/2026, the product still has not been shipped. My order number is F2N9LJ.
During this process, I contacted customer service multiple times, yet neither was my order canceled nor was the product shipped. In addition, I received absolutely no response through phone calls or email communication regarding the status of my order or refund request.
Because of this ongoing inconvenience and lack of communication, I request that my order be canceled immediately and that the full amount I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
