I Face Mango Not Delivering My Order Even After One Month
On September 3, 2025, I placed an order for a bag on Mango.com, choosing the store pickup option (Order No: eqhlfm). Even though a full month has passed, I still haven’t received my item. About three weeks ago, Mango sent an email informing me that the delivery might be delayed, but since then, there have been no updates or progress.
The tracking system shows that the order was shipped, yet the product has not been delivered to me.
I request that my order be delivered immediately, or if shipment is not possible, that I receive a full refund. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
