Mango Online Order Never Arrived Despite Passed Delivery Date

On 05/27/2026, I purchased a product from Mango’s official online store under order number F2YXXJ, with tracking number Mango200002227574. The product originally cost approximately $44, but I purchased it at the discounted campaign price of approximately $32 using my debit card. According to the system, the order was supposed to be delivered by Hepsijet cargo on 05/29/2026. However, despite 8 days having passed since the promised delivery date, the product has still not been delivered to me.

During this process, I contacted Hepsijet customer service approximately five times. Each time, I was told that they would investigate the issue and get back to me, yet I never received any follow-up or concrete response. Since Mango is the company responsible for both selling the product and overseeing the delivery process, I also contacted Mango in writing regarding the situation. They similarly stated that they would get back to me, but once again no response or solution was provided.

Today, when I contacted Mango again, the representative on the phone acted as if they were hearing about the issue for the first time. I was told once more that my complaint would be forwarded and that they would contact Hepsijet. I explained that I had already been given the exact same promises before, yet nothing had changed. At this point, Mango keeps directing the issue to Hepsijet, while Hepsijet redirects the responsibility back to Mango. Meanwhile, neither is my product being delivered nor is my payment being refunded, and none of my complaints receive any meaningful response.

This product was extremely urgent for me, which is exactly why I chose to place the order online, expecting fast delivery. Despite the delivery date passing days ago, not a single representative has offered a real or concrete solution.

I urgently request that Mango either deliver the product I ordered immediately or fully refund the approximately $32 I paid for the order without any further delay.
