Maltcasino Took Back My Bonus Minutes After Granting It

I’ve invested between ₺65,000 and ₺70,000 into Maltcasino, and nearly every deposit has resulted in losses—even with discounts applied. Most recently, I deposited another ₺21,000 and lost it too. Then, out of nowhere, they added a ₺2,160 bonus to my account—only to manually take it back just 8 minutes later. The screenshots clearly show this happening. It felt like a joke at my expense. I reached out for support, but no one took my complaint seriously. Instead, they brushed me off with a generic excuse, blaming the so-called "risk department decision."

If you don’t intend to give a bonus, don’t add it. If you do add one, at least honor it instead of yanking it back without warning. I wasn’t even asking for more—I just wanted the bonus you already gave to be respected. Instead, I was ignored and treated like I didn’t matter.
