Slow Service and Poor Quality Experience at Lunchbox

My experience at Lunchbox was extremely disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, and when my lemonade finally arrived, it was green and looked unappealing. When I tried to return it, the waiter responded unprofessionally, saying, "Once the lemonade is served, you must pay for it even if you don’t drink it." This is far from acceptable for any establishment claiming to be professional.

Additionally, when we asked to take leftover food home, they placed it in a flimsy market bag and handed it to us carelessly. The staff seemed inexperienced and disrespectful, further ruining the overall experience. Lunchbox needs to address these issues, train their staff better, and improve both their service quality and professionalism immediately.
