Lunchbox Served Cold Coffee Three Times—No Apology or Solution

My friends and I went to Lunchbox for coffee, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. We ordered filter coffee, but when it arrived, it was cold. We politely informed the staff, and they assured us they would fix it.
After waiting 30 minutes, we received even colder coffee—it was barely warmer than tap water! When we complained again, they brought out a third cup, which was also cold. At this point, we gave up, left the coffee untouched, and went to the counter to pay.
When we explained the issue to the cashier, the barista defended the temperature, claiming that this was the normal serving temperature. Not even a simple apology was offered. Terrible service! Think twice before visiting!
