LOT Polish Airlines Damaged My Suitcase, Waiting for Replacement

I travelled with LOT Polish Airlines from Oradea to Frankfurt via Warsaw on 23 June 2026 under the name Kshitiz K***. When I arrived in Frankfurt and collected my baggage, I discovered that my suitcase was cracked. I reported the damage immediately at the arrival airport and a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) was created with the reference number FRALO10571. Despite this official record, I have been left with a damaged suitcase that I cannot use as before. I request that LOT Polish Airlines provide a proper replacement for my cracked suitcase in line with your baggage damage policies and international passenger rights. I expect the process to be handled promptly and I would like to be informed clearly about the next steps and the timeline for resolving this issue.
