Under order number 320 341 412, I purchased Garnier face masks from the Loreal seller via Hepsiburada (directly from them). The order date is November 7, 2023, and the delivery was made on November 13. Before opening the mask, I decided to inspect it and carefully tried to lift the label with my fingernails. In doing so, I noticed that there were two different barcodes behind the label, and the date 06/2023 was visible on the front of the packaging. This made me very suspicious, and I will not use the product for this reason. I wonder what exactly this means? Is it a defective or expired product? This uncertainty is confusing, and I would like an explanation from the manufacturer. If I do not receive feedback, I will address this on social media as my trust has been affected. Best regards.
