On November 9, 2023, I purchased shampoo and conditioner sets from Loreal on Hepsiburada. On the evening of November 15 around 8:30 PM, the delivery service arrived, handed over a small package, and left. Since I had only ordered the shampoo sets from Hepsiburada, I was surprised when I opened it and found 5 Garnier hair dyes inside. I immediately contacted Hepsiburada's customer service, and they provided me with a return code for my correct products, assuring me that the right items would arrive within 2 days, and an exchange could take place.
Today, on November 17, I was informed that I should proceed with the return before receiving my items. This is supposed to be the solution. Hepsiburada is trying to conclude the matter with the return code for the products I purchased. Allegedly, the mistake is to be reported to Loreal. I am expecting an urgent solution to my problem, which should not be left unresolved.
