Dear customer rep, I would like to express a complaint regarding the hair mask from L****** E*****, specifically the one with the red cap, as referenced in the attached image. These products and similar hair masks do not have a seal on the caps. The expiration date is indicated as 12 months after opening, as stated on the back. However, there is an issue here: these products can be opened, smelled, and resealed by customers in stores since there is no seal. I believe the manufacturer should seal the caps of the products with a foil. This is a significant concern both from a hygiene perspective and in terms of the expiration date. Otherwise, the product's shelf life could be compromised. I wanted to fully convey my thoughts on the hair mask.
