I Can’t Recover My Lords Mobile Account Due to Stolen Gmail and IGG Inaction

My Lords Mobile account was stolen, and despite trying everything, I’ve been unable to fully recover it. Around four years ago, my Gmail account was hacked, and the hacker changed both the recovery email and phone number. I still have Facebook linked to the account, which is the only reason I can access it at all—but the core issue remains unresolved.

I’ve contacted IGG support multiple times through their ticket system, asking them to remove the Gmail connection or help me recover the account, but they keep responding with the same scripted replies or don’t address the actual problem. They say they need the Gmail to verify my identity—but I no longer have access to that Gmail, and it now belongs to the person who stole it. How am I supposed to prove ownership if you let the thief keep control?
