If your account was hacked and you lost resources, heroes, or access, take these steps:
Change passwords immediately. Secure the Google, Facebook, or email account linked to the game. Restore access if needed and enable extra security to block further intrusion.
Contact IGG support. Report the hack through the official IGG support system. Provide as many details as possible: IGG ID (if known), character name, castle level, account creation date, purchase receipts, and any proof that you are the owner.
Progress restoration. If the hack is confirmed, IGG may restore part of your progress (resources, buildings, troops) to a previous date. Full restoration is not always guaranteed and depends on the evidence provided.
Respond to support requests. Be ready to send screenshots or payment confirmations to verify ownership.
Improve security. Enable two-factor authentication and use strong passwords.
