Logitech Superlight Mouse Scroll Malfunction After Less Than 1 Year of Use
On November 14, 2023, I purchased a Logitech Superlight mouse from a Media Markt store. Despite being less than a year old, the scroll wheel has started malfunctioning. When I scroll down, it often registers as up, and vice versa. Sometimes, it doesn’t register any input at all, especially during gaming, which is incredibly frustrating. I want to know how I can proceed with getting this product exchanged or repaired. I expect Logitech to provide a solution quickly, as this issue severely impacts the mouse's performance. Please let me know the steps to resolve this problem.
