Logitech G705 Scroll Wheel Failure Under Warranty

I’ve been having a serious issue with the scroll wheel on my Logitech G705 mouse for about two months now — it no longer scrolls up or down. I purchased the product on October 29, 2023, from Amazon, and it is still under warranty. I contacted Amazon customer service to resolve the issue and provided all the required documents over a period of 10 days. However, my invoice has still not been approved, so the repair or replacement process hasn’t started. My Logitech support case number is 16261826. I request that my product be replaced or repaired and kindly ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
