I have a Logitech Superlight mouse, and the middle button is malfunctioning. I contacted live support, but they’ve made the process unnecessarily difficult. First, they asked for the mouse’s TN ID, which I provided. Then, they requested a video of the issue, which I also sent. Despite this, my mouse, which is still under warranty, has a completely non-functional middle button. When I scroll down, the cursor moves up. This issue is incredibly frustrating, especially with a product under warranty. Logitech, please resolve this problem and provide proper support for fixing or replacing my device. I expect a quick resolution for this defective product.
