L'Occitane Failed to Deliver My Birthday Order #84603

I placed order #84603 on the L'Occitane website on June 2 as a custom birthday gift set for my friend, paying a total of $132. Since that date, the order status on the screen has continuously read "preparing shipment" without any progress whatsoever.

Even though my friend resides in Istanbul and the brand's primary headquarters is also located in Istanbul, the gift has still not been delivered, despite today being my friend's birthday. This delay has placed both my friend and me in an awkward position and severely undermined my trust in the brand. I attempted to reach customer service multiple times via the phone number listed on their system, but because no one answered, I was unable to explain my issue to a representative, nor did I receive any updates or explanations regarding the status of my order.

I demand that the products under order #84603 be urgently delivered to my friend's address within business hours today and that my grievance be fully resolved.
