Around 3:00 AM on the night of January 6, I noticed a charge labeled as a “sale” for approximately $3 made through a system called “Loca,” which I do not recognize and have never used, from my Garanti Bank debit card (last four digits 0367). The same issue also occurred 2–3 months ago, when money was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge.
I previously submitted an online dispute to Garanti Bank regarding these transactions, but I did not receive any results and no refund was issued. Now I am experiencing the same problem again, and I still have no information about what these charges are for, or which membership or service they are supposedly related to. I have never signed up for, subscribed to, used, or participated in any service, application, or campaign associated with a system called Loca.
I am requesting that all unauthorized transactions made without my knowledge or consent be thoroughly investigated, that the security of my card be reviewed, that all charges made through Loca be canceled, and that the amounts taken unfairly be fully and immediately refunded to me. I also request that all necessary measures be taken to prevent any future unauthorized transactions on my account.
