Loca-tool Unauthorized Charges Without Consent

I am filing a complaint against Loca-tool because money is being taken from me without my consent through Aircash. Last month 30 euros were withdrawn from my account, and now again the same amount of 30 euros has been taken, so in total 60 euros has been charged. I received only an SMS from Aircash about these withdrawals and I do not know why this money is being taken or what service it is supposedly for. I did not knowingly enter into any agreement, subscription or service with Loca-tool and I did not authorize these charges. This money is extremely important to me because I need it to support and care for my child, and these unauthorized withdrawals are putting me in a very serious and difficult situation. I request an immediate full refund of both withdrawals, in total 60 euros, and the urgent and permanent cancellation of any service, subscription or automatic charge connected with my name, number or account via Loca-tool and Aircash, so that no further money is taken from me without my clear consent. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this money was charged and on what basis.
