Localize.mobi service isn’t what I expected, how can I safely unsubscribe and close my account?

To safely stop your Localize.mobi subscription, sign in to your account and click on the "Unsubscribe" or "Cancel Subscription" link in the "Settings" or "Billing" section. Then, confirm the cancellation.

In their Help Center, you can find a straight cancellation form that leads to their Zendesk portal. You should use this to make sure that a support ticket is created as proof.

After you unsubscribe, ask for written proof by email and keep a screenshot of the steps you took to cancel along with your ticket ID.

Lastly, keep an eye on your bank or payment app during the next billing cycle to make sure there are no more charges. If there are, dispute them with your card provider or payment platform.
