LivU Account Recovery Request After Email Conflict

I have been unable to log into my LivU membership for quite some time. I have two accounts registered with the same email address, and the app continuously redirects me to the wrong account. I cannot access my main account, which contains gold and diamonds.

The email address associated with my account is k********@hotmail.com, my user ID is 137037399, and my username is sukru.95. The app does not give me the option to select or switch accounts, so I am unable to access the account that contains my balance.

I contacted customer support via email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I am requesting that my access to the account containing my gold and diamonds be restored and that this account confusion issue be resolved as soon as possible.
