LiveCareer Made an Unauthorized $20 Charge

I purchased a one-time resume creation service through LiveCareer and agreed to make a one-time payment for it. I never authorized any subscription or recurring charges. However, on July 26, 2026, at 1:47 PM, an unauthorized $20 payment was charged to the debit card linked to my Yapı Kredi bank account.

I was never asked to authorize this transaction, and I was not given any clear or explicit information about a subscription or recurring payment. I only intended to purchase a one-time service, so being charged without my knowledge or consent has caused me significant inconvenience.

I am requesting that this issue be resolved, that the unauthorized $20 charge be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that any subscription associated with my name be completely canceled.
