LiveCareer Charged My Card Without Authorization

I used LiveCareer’s resume-building service. On June 28 at 6:26 PM, I noticed a charge of 956.37 TL (approximately $20) made to my debit card without my knowledge or authorization. Although I never gave my consent to start any subscription, the charge appears to have been processed on my card.

The alleged subscription or membership does not even appear in the account that I am told I registered through the app, so I am unable to cancel or terminate it myself. When I contacted my bank, I was told that I needed to wait 48 hours, and I am currently waiting for that process to be completed.

I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized $20 charge and the complete cancellation of any subscription or membership allegedly opened in my name. I also request that LiveCareer investigate how this transaction was processed without my knowledge and take the necessary measures to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
