Litmatch Re-Banned My Account Right After My Ban Expired
Yesterday, I was rightfully banned by the Litmatch app for using profanity toward another user, and the ban period was supposed to end today. However, the moment I tried to log back into the app after the ban expired, I was banned again, even though I did not violate any rules and did not send any messages at all.
On the screen, I saw a warning stating: “We do not tolerate behavior that violates community guidelines. We are committed to creating a safe and friendly community for you. Due to a violation of community guidelines, your account has been banned until 2025-12-21 18:27:10. If you believe you were blocked by mistake, please send your BAN_ID and situation to our email address: l****@litatom.com.”* The BAN_ID shown was 33141709.
Even though I fully served my initial ban, I believe this second ban was applied unfairly, without any new rule violation. I am requesting that my account and activity logs be reviewed again, that the second ban be removed, and that my account be reopened.
