Litmatch Banned My Account While I Was Muted in a Party Room

I am writing regarding my Litmatch account, which has been banned by mistake. I was in a party room, sitting on a slot with my microphone turned off while I was playing Skywheel. I was simply participating quietly and not doing anything inappropriate or against the rules, when suddenly my account was banned without any clear reason or warning. This ban has been in place for around two days now, and I still do not know what I supposedly did wrong. I really love using the Litmatch app, and it is very upsetting to lose access to my account in this way. The ban ID shown for my case is 37928***. After the ban, I reported the issue through the Litmatch app, but so far I have only received an automatic response and no real explanation or review of my situation. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed carefully and unbanned, as I believe this was a mistake and I have not violated the community guidelines. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of the reason for the ban so that I can avoid any similar misunderstanding in the future.
