Litmatch Banned My Account Due to an Incorrect Date of Birth
I am writing regarding my Litmach account, which was banned because I entered the wrong date of birth when I first registered. At that time I was under 18 and used an incorrect age, but I am now 18 years old and legally allowed to use the platform. Because of this mistake, my account has been blocked for quite a while and I can no longer access it. I have not yet contacted customer support directly, so I am submitting this complaint to explain the situation clearly. I kindly request that my date of birth be corrected according to my official ID and that my account be unbanned and restored. I am ready to provide any identification documents needed to verify my real age so I can continue using my account normally.
