I am experiencing an extremely frustrating issue with the Litmatch platform. Before I could even complete creating an account, the system suddenly showed that my account was banned. I had not performed any activity or violated any rules because my registration was not finalized yet. Despite having done nothing wrong, I am now unable to access the platform.
This situation makes no sense and is highly unfair. I had only intended to create an account and explore the platform, but instead, I was instantly blocked. Such a problem creates significant frustration and wastes my time. I expect Litmatch to investigate this wrongful ban and immediately lift the restriction on my account so I can access the platform normally.
If this unfair ban is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities. Please act promptly to reopen my account and prevent similar unjust actions against other users.
