Litmatch Applies Unfair Ban Without Following Its Own Rules

My account on the Litmatch app with the username “33636564 bafid” was unfairly banned. In the app, I was shown a warning stating that I had engaged in sexual content and that my account would be banned if I received three more warnings. However, even though I received only one warning, my account was banned immediately.

I just received the ban and currently cannot access my account. Although the warning message stated that the account would be reopened within 24 hours, I do not find it fair that I was directly banned after a single warning.

I request that the Litmatch support team review my account, remove this unfair ban, and restore my account immediately.
