Litmatch Age Change Failed, Adult Account Incorrectly Marked as Under 16
I am a 24‑year‑old Litmatch user, but the system has incorrectly classified me as a minor under 16 and is applying age restrictions to my account. When I try to change my age in the app, I receive an “Age changed fail” error and the age remains incorrect, so I continue to be placed in the youth category. I first noticed this issue on 8/7/2026 and reported it through the system four days ago, but I have not received any response so far. Because of this situation, I cannot use Litmatch as an adult user and my account is unnecessarily restricted. I kindly request that my real age, 24, be correctly updated in your system as soon as possible and that all under‑16 or youth category restrictions applied to my account be removed.
