I Face Litmatch Account Access Denied Without Reason
On April 1, 2024, when I tried to log into my Litmatch account, I received a notification on my phone saying “you have been blocked.” Since that day, I have not been able to access my account from my device. I am not aware of violating any rules, and no explanation has been provided to me.
I believe my phone has been unfairly blocked by Litmatch. I have not made any payments or purchases related to my account, yet my access has been restricted without any stated reason. I do not find it acceptable to be blocked without justification.
I request a clear explanation regarding why my phone and account were blocked. If this action was taken unfairly, I demand that the restriction be removed and that I be allowed to access my account again.
