On August 5, 2025, around 8:00 PM, I was casually chatting in a private room with a friend on the Litmatch app when I was suddenly banned without any warning or explanation. I received no notification about violating any community guidelines, nor was I given the opportunity to defend myself. One moment I was having a normal conversation, and the next, I was locked out of my account completely.
I respectfully request that my ban be lifted immediately. If I unknowingly did something against the rules, I sincerely apologize and assure you that it will not happen again. However, I firmly believe the ban was unjustified.
I’ve also seen many users reporting the same issue, which suggests that this may be a recurring problem with Litmatch’s moderation system. Random or automatic bans without review damage user trust. I urge Litmatch to review my case and improve the fairness of their ban process. Please restore access to my account and ensure this kind of issue is properly addressed going forward.
