I Lost Access to My Litmatch Account Without Warning or Clear Reason

I used the Litmatch application on my Android phone solely for chatting and social interaction. I did not engage in any behavior that violated the platform’s community guidelines. Despite this, on June 16 at approximately 11:00 AM, I discovered that I could no longer access my account.

Whenever I attempt to log in, I receive a notification stating that my account has been blocked due to a violation of community rules. However, no specific explanation has been provided regarding which rule I allegedly violated or what action led to the restriction. The lack of transparency has left me confused and unable to understand the reason for the ban.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience because I can no longer use the application, and I believe the action taken against my account is unfair. Prior to this incident, I had never received any warnings, notices, temporary restrictions, or other disciplinary actions. The account restriction occurred suddenly and without any prior indication that there was an issue.
