Litmatch Account Suspension Recovery Request
My Litmatch account with the username “Punk” and the email address k************@gmail.com** was banned today without any explanation. When I try to log into the app, I receive a message saying my account has been blocked, and I am unable to access it. I have never violated any community guidelines or rules, and no reason was provided for this action. Additionally, my account does not have any active payments or Premium subscriptions.
I believe my account was banned without justification, and I kindly request that my account be reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible.
On October 11, 2024, when I tried to log into my Litmatch account, I received a violation message and could not access my account. I have not committed any rule violations on my account and I have no idea why this situation occurred. My account is registered to [email protected] and the username 👸🏼ᵖᵘⁿᵏ. Despite trying all methods such as resetting the password, logging in from a different device, and deleting and reinstalling the app, my problem was not resolved. I also contacted Litmatch customer service, but I have not received any response. I live in Karabük, Turkey, and there are no payment transactions or special campaigns on this account. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem. I request that my account be reactivated and my grievance be resolved.
