Mudita Global Logistics Failed to Pay €10,500 Invoice

A person identifying himself as I… Ö., claiming to be a representative of Mudita Global Logistics, contacted us through LinkedIn and requested a freight transportation service from Kayseri, Türkiye to Romania. The individual presented himself as representing a legitimate corporate logistics company, which gave us confidence to accept the job. We completed the transportation service successfully and delivered the cargo without any issues.

According to the invoice issued for the completed service, the amount due was €10,500. We were informed that payment would be made in December 2024. During our last communication on January 1, 2025, the individual again confirmed in writing that payment would be made. However, no payment was ever received. After that date, whenever we attempted to contact him, he initially delayed the matter with various excuses and then blocked us on all communication channels, including phone calls and WhatsApp.

During our own investigation, we found that numerous other companies appear to have reported similar experiences involving the same individual and company. We also found multiple complaints about this person on your platform. We want this matter to be brought to the attention of the public and the relevant authorities, both so that our outstanding payment can be recovered and to help prevent other businesses from experiencing the same situation.

I request that Mudita Global Logistics and the individual identifying himself as I… Ö. immediately pay the outstanding €10,500 owed for the transportation services we provided. I also request that the matter be investigated thoroughly to determine whether other companies have been affected in a similar manner and to help prevent additional businesses from suffering the same type of loss.
